Tres Jolie Frame

I spent this rainy day making a lovely frame. This is my second frame to alter and I think that I'm hooked ( Click here to view my first frame). They make such cute gifts!!!!! I really liked using double sided paper on this one. I'm not going to post step by step instructions because Emily did a fantastic tutorial here on SCS and I followed it exactly. It really looks a lot harder than it actually is. Once you get going it is pretty easy, just very time consuming while you wait for everything to dry. Here is a list of the supplies that I did use:
