Warmed by Friendship

This is for Challenge #27 over on the Papertrey Ink forum. I just love this snowman set!!! The blue parts are paper pieced on because I didn't have a color that matched Baja Breeze. The white stripes on the scarf were colored in with a gel pen and his hat is raised with a dimensional. I really wish y'all could see this card in person because a lot of things don't show up in a picture so well. The background paper if fabulous for winter cards. It has a pretty iridescent background and the white dots are all flocked. How perfect is that to accompany a snowman card? I bought it at Archiver's a few weeks ago and the entire time I was shopping, I just kept petting that paper, LOL. I also went over the body of the snowman with Pearlescent Shimmer Chalk so it would match the background paper. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! It's poured here twice already so I'm thrilled. We really needed it. Happy Stamping!

Stamps: Made of Snow (Papertrey Ink)
Paper: Baja Breeze, White (TAC), Frost Blvd./Dots Shimmer Flocked Paper (Heidi Grace)
Ink: Palette Burnt Umber, Close to Cocoa, Cool Gray Copic marker (to outline image)
Other: Kraft Taffeta, dimensional, sponge, Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, white gel pen, corner rounder, Pearlescent Shimmer's Chalk (Pebbles)

Kim! I just found you and your blog through your comment on Danni's blog. How have I missed you for so long? And it has been ages since I've seen you on SCS. Your card (and blog in general) is just great. I love it! Nice bumping into you again. :)
