Hang Loose Penguin

I needed another guy birthday card and thought the combo on last week's color challenge was a perfect place to start. Then I picked this sketch from Maria's blog. I got this image a long time ago through the Wish RAK group on SCS. He is just too cute. I added some highlights on the waves with my white gel pen. Then I colored, cut out and raised the fish with a dimensional before covering it with crystal effects. The red panel is stamped with the Canvas background. Happy Stamping!

Stamps: Penguin Paradise, Canvas, Polka Dot, Hangloose (TAC)
Paper: Certainly Celery, Black, Taken with Teal, Real Red
Ink: Taken with Teal, Real Red, Palette Noir (TAC)
Other: sponge dauber, Heidi Swapp edge distresser, photo corner punch, dimensional, crystal effects, white gel pen, celery grosgrain

I figured out why you're so awesome. You just have an eye for extra details. I would never have thought to put the red corner punch this on there. Or to make the word birthday on a different color paper. But those little touches make such a difference. You rock!
