Giddy Up
Howdy folks! Are y'all excited that it's Friday? I am!!! I'm so looking forward to this weekend. It's the first time in quite a few weeks that we actually don't have anything planned. I hope that we can get caught up on some things around the house and just relax. I decided to play in the Sugar Bowl Challenge #14. It's a fantastic sketch with wonderful layering! My friend Anna sent me this adorable Sugar Nellie image. I had a blast coloring it and I love how the jeans turned out. It wasn't intentional, but I guess I did something right, LOL. I started by placing some outlines along the edges and folds with B34 and B45. I then went over the entire image blending with B00. I then took the B34 and went over the area again using a quick up and down brushing. As it started to dry, it had this textured affect that made it look like real denim. Kinda cool :) Thanks so much for stoppin' by!!!
