Aloha dudes! Did y'all see the new Copic Creations Challenge yet? When I color images, I typically give them brown hair; so this was a good challenge for me. I tried to keep the card simple because I made it for one of my nephews who is turning 7 in a few weeks. He actually does have blonde hair!! I've always called my nephews little dudes so this image was perfect!! I colored Ian in with Copics and then cut him out before raising him with dimensionals. I went over his neckalce and the outer parts of the surf board with Key Lime Shimmerz.
It's my new favorite color for summer! Isn't that paper perfect for a surfer/beach card? It's from the fun Basic Grey Lime Rickey pad. I flipped Sketch Challenge 166 for the layout. Anyone else excited for So You Think You Can Dance to start back up tonight? We love that show and look forward to it every summer.
