This is the card I came up with for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge. I love easy layouts and I've enjoyed seeing what everyone came up with. Now before you ask, I have no clue who makes this stamp. Anyone? Bueller, Bueller, Bueller? My mom stamped me out a bunch of the images from the set over a year ago. They are all really cute. Guess what my image is colored with? Yep, the Koh-i-noor pencils again. I'm hooked!!! It's actually kind of relaxing to sit here coloring and blending. Oh and in real life that blue is a lot darker! If you can't tell in the photo, the flag is cut out and raised. The sun is also covered in Yellow Stickles. I used the tiny star from the Small Sayings set on the Real Red background. It matches the stars on the wagon perfectly. The Bashful Blue cardstock is stamped with the Linen background. I used my paper piercer to poke some holes along the Night of Navy cardstock. Then added some faux stitching with my white gel pen. Beate, thanks for the wonderful inspiration. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
