Sage Chocolate

It's been awhile since I've done a color challenge, but I just couldn't resist this week's combo: Sage and Chocolate. It's just such an elegant pairing. My image is inked with Chocolate Chip and then stamped on Sage Shadow. I created some dainty buds by dotting my white Signo gel pen over the image. That really gave it a 3-D look. I distressed my edges with the Heide Swapp edge distresser. I inked up the Fine Lace background with Chocolate Chip and stamped it on Chocolate. For some reason, I forget to use that background. I like it though because it makes the background looked textured. The sentiment comes from a retired TAC set called Great Greetings. I punched a small hole and ran my Chocolate Polytwill ribbon through the image. To finish it off, I added some small K&Co. adhesive pearls and sponged the edges of the Sage Shadow cardstock with Chocolate Chip. Happy Stamping!

Stamps: Garden Silhouettes, Great Greetings (TAC, retired), Fine Lace
Paper: Sage Shadow, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Other: sponge, K&Co. adhesive pearls, white Signo gel pen, Chocolate Polytwill ribbon, Heidi Swapp edge distresser
