Hoppy Easter Sketch

Happy St. Patty's Day!!! Hope y'all are wearing green. If not, give yourself a little pinch from me. I'm about to start on dinner. I'm making Irish Chicken and Dumplings tonight. Never made it before so I hope it's yummy. I've spent the day picking up the house and doing laundry. I did manage to make a quick Easter card. I found this sketch on Jenn's blog about a week ago. I've had it saved to the desktop and even had this set on the desk waiting to be used for it. I love this layout and will definitely be saving it to use again. When my card is folded it measures 6" x 3 1/2". My image was stamped on Whisper White, then cut out with the oval Coluzzle. I colored it in with SU markers, then made a mask and sponged around the edges with VersaMagic Sea Breeze. The whole image is raised with a pop dot. To attach the buttons, I lined them up on the paper, took my paper piercer and poked where the two holes are. Then I ran some Karen Foster white Scrapper Floss through the holes. Be sure to click on the picture to see a closer view. I love all those pastel colors!
Happy Stamping.

Stamps: Nobunny Like You (TAC)
Paper: Bazzill Purple (TAC, V-56), DCWV Pastel, DCWV Neutral, DCWV Fall, Gentle Beginnings (TAC) Whisper White
Ink: Palette Noir, VersaMagic Sea Breeze
Other: dimensional, oval Coluzzle, Magic Matter, sponge dauber, scallop scissors, Pastel Buttons (TAC), Karen Foster white Scrapper's Floss (TAC)

Very nice. I just love this set, used it this weekend myself. I love all the combo of colors on this card.
(and I think you meant oval coluzzle vs. circle) I'm a pest for pointing things like that out, sorry. :-)
Hope your chicken and dumplings turn out good!!
