Cold Challenge
This is for Kris' final challenge. Make a card with a Cold theme. I immediately thought of ice skating. I think I just wanted to use my favorite little image from Winter Wonderland again, I love it! I had to give them some ice to skate on, so I did the cracked glass technique. However, instead of using white paper, I just did it on top of Bashful Blue. Worked out perfectly! I went over their blades with a Sakura Stardust pen and then the brads are covered in glitter! Check out the ribbon!!!! It's so pretty and I love the stitching. Ordered it from my friend Rachel who just opened a new store. Be sure to pop in and look around! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
Stamps: Winter Wonderland (TAC), Canvas, Snow - Let it Snow, Gina K
Paper: Always Artichoke, white, Ruby Red, Bashful Blue, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Noir (Palette, TAC), Ruby Red, Always Artichoke
Other: Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, ribbon (Hope Stamps Eternal), Glitter Gumdrop brads (Imaginisce), dimensional, ticket corner punch, Sakura Stardust pen, scallop scissors
Technique: cracked glass
