My 1st Elzybells card

and this won't be my last. Thanks Tammi for the wonderful images!!! Notice any changes? I heart sunflowers and it was time for an update, so Ross made me a new banner. I luv it! I was excited to see today's Technique Lover's Challenge. The cracked glass technique is perfect for winter cards. I haven't used it in a while so it was great inspiration for today's card. I followed Beate's wonderful tutorial and sponged my cracks with Not Quite Navy to make them a little darker. As you can see, I just received a stamp order and was playing with some new goodies. Love that designer label punch!!! I sanded the edges of my pattern paper with a sanding block; kinda gave it a cold, distressed look. And voila a cute little winter note! If you give this techinque a try, post a link here, I wanna check it out!! Also if you haven't checked out the new Elzybells stamps..you must, they are adorable! Happy Stamping.

Stamps: A Winter Song, A little note (Elzybells), Canvas
Paper: Ruby Red, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive designer paper, Brocade Blue, Very Vanilla
Ink: Black, Brocade Blue, Not Quite Navy, Versamark
Other: Ultra Thick Embossing Powder, sponge, sanding block, Heide Swapp edge distresser, photo corner punch, designer label punch, circle Coluzzle, small oval punch, ribbon from Michael's
Technique: Cracked Glass
