New Year Resolution

Challenge 3
What’s your New Year Resolution? Make a card reflecting your Resolution. If you don’t have one , how about using some neglected stamps, paper, embellishments, etc… That is a New Year Resolution ANY stamper can relate to!!!

One of my Resolutions for 2009 is to learn how to work my camera; a Cannon Rebel XTi. Now, I'm a tad bitter on this subject because the day after Christmas I was taking pictures and all of the sudden my camera stopped working. We checked the battery and ran all over town visiting different camera shops only to find out that it is something internal. So it is currently on it's way back to the manufacture. I'm not a happy camper because 1. This camera is only 13 months old and 2. Now I have to use my old janky camera which I hate. It only has 1 setting, the colors are off, you can't focus on anything and the clip that holds the battery in is broken. It's not fun to take pictures with, but God Bless photoshop. Everyone please cross your fingers that my camera gets fixed soon!!!! When I do get it back, I will learn how to really use it. Until then, please bear with my photos. So to reflect my resolution, I dug out saycheeseabella from my Wish-RAK pile. She is colored in with Koh-i-nor pencils and OMS. The little camera is cut out and raised with a dimensional. I also went over the lens with Golden Wheat Shimmerz. I'm totally in love with this Basic Grey Ambrosia paper. It's warm, bright and cheery. I also love orange and grey together! I followed a sketch I found over on Paper Craft Planet a few weeks ago. Be sure to check out all the Design Team blogs for more inspiration and a chance to win some blog candy!

Stamps: Saycheeseabella (Stamping Bella), Tag Tidbits
Paper: Basic Black, Basic Grey Ambrosia
Ink: Palette Noir
Other: Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, Basic Grey Ambrosia Buttons, Golden Wheat Shimmerz, dimensional, white Scrapper's Floss, May Arts Sheer Twinkle Silver Ribbon
