Fruit Pizza

I was asked to share my Fruit Pizza recipe, so here it is. I've been making this for years...like since I was in junior high. It has definately become a family favorite. You can use any kind of fruit and get creative with the design on top!! Oh and it's super yummy for breakfast:)

Fruit Pizza
1 (20oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
canned pineapple slices, drained
maraschino cherries, cut in half
mandarin oranges, drained
kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. water

Heat oven to 350˚. Slice cookie dough and arrange in the bottom of a cookie sheet. Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffly. Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. In another bowl, combine orange marmalade and wate; blend well. Spoon marmalade over fruit. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.
