Okay stop licking the computer screen :) This is Ross' specialty!! He has been making it for a few years and it has definately become a family favorite. So when we were at the grocery store the other day and saw a bag of key limes on sale, Ross got that twinkle in his eye and said " you know your parents are coming into town this weekend". I didn't need an excuse, LOL. He uses this recipe from Emeril. I wonder who will be the first person to cut into it!!!

Key Lime Pie
