Pumpkin Challenge
I love everything about Fall! The colors, pumpkins, baking, making soups, and just the change in weather. So when I saw the Copic Challenge #13 this week, I knew I had to play along. We were challenged to color pumpkins! The design team came up with some fabulous samples and I had a good time taking some of their suggestion and playing around. I stamped out my Thanksgiving images using the Turkey Time set from Whipper Snapper. For my pumpkins, I started by using Y38, I added some streaks with YR68 and E08, then roughly blended again with Y38 before going over the entire pumpkin image with Y17. See my little pilgrims dress? I used my colorless blender to create a pattern - love how it turned out. The top of the pie is cut out and raised with a dimensional. I followed this sketch that I found over on Jen's blog. Great layout for using up some leftover scraps. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you enjoy your Monday!!!
