Nurse Anya
Hey there. Did anyone miss me? We've had family in town for the last five days. We did lots of shopping, had a wonderful fajita cookout - including a competitive Wii bowling tournament, giggled often and just enjoyed visiting with one another. In between loads of laundry, I was able to finished up a card. I found this layout on Amy's blog and I just had to try it out. I love all the little pieces - especially that little circle in the corner. I got this Nurse Anya image not too long ago and finally decided to ink her up. I gave her some stylin' Scrubs by paper piecing her hat, dress and shoes on. The cross, cup and "jello" are covered in Stardust Stickles. I used my Janome Sew Mini to add some stitching along my panels. Don't look too terribly close because it is crooked in a few spots :) I'm still getting use to using the foot petal. Thanks for stopping by. Hope your week is going well so far!!
