Sugar Bowl Challenge 12

I made this for the Sugar Bowl Challenge #12. Lia came up with this fabulous sketch and I was so excited to use it, that I didn't read all of the instructions until I was almost done with the card. At the very last moment, I saw that we were suppose to use blue and green on the card. I had the blue covered, but I had to sneak some green in there. I hope it looks okay. Note to self - read the entire challenge next time, LOL! My friend Tammi sent me this adorable stamp (thanks sweetie - I gotta learn to say that in Russian ;) She is actually a Christmas Fairy, but I couldn't resist making her a little patriotic - especially with all of those stars on her beautiful dress. I colored Maggie in with a combination of Copics and Koh-i-noor pencils. The paper is from the Basic Grey Boxer pad. It's so perfect for patriotic cards!!! The stars are actually cardboard pieces from the Prima Apple Pie Kit. I glued some Bashful Blue paper to the tops and then covered them in Baby Blue Stickles. Thanks so much for stoppin' by today. I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!!!

Stamps: Maggie Christmas Fairy (Sugar Nellie)
Paper: Bashful Blue, Night of Navy, Basic Grey Boxer, Very Vanilla
Ink: Memento Black
Other: Copics, Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, Prima Apple Pie kit, Baby Blue Stickles, Bashful Blue Taffeta, silver dots (Michael's)

Super cute, Kim! I should ask a friend of Paul, who's been to Russia how to say it! The stars turned out prefect!

Such a colorful card! I had fun playing the Sugar bowl as well.

I think you should definitely give it a try at Midnight Madness Sketch, you're cards have beautiful color, and not to mention up to $500 prize they are giving up, each week's entry is one more chance at the pot.
