Highly Addictive Salsa
The O'Rosky brothers have definitely mastered the skill of making homemade salsa! Ross decided to cook yesterday since he was off, so he made fajitas and margaritas. We just couldn't have that combo without some salsa and I love when he makes salsa. This recipe makes a lot which if perfect because you get to enjoy it over and over again.
Highly Addictive Salsa
1 onion
1 jalapeno, seeded
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic
juice of 2 limes
28 oz. can of whole tomatoes
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
tsp. each of cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and Julio's Seasoning ( like a fajita seasoning salt)
dash of tabasco
Place onion in food processor and chop. Add jalapeno, cilantro and garlic. Pulse until chopped and combined. Add can of whole tomatoes and lime juice. Pulse until combined. Add the rest of the seasonings and pulse to combine. Adjust seasonings to taste. Chill for a least 2 hours before serving.
