This card is for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #46. It was the perfect layout for this larger image. I was inspired by this fabulous card that Tammi recently sent me. The image is colored in with Koh-i-noor pencils and OMS. I added a lot of sparkles with some Stardust Stickles. I attached the bow with Crystal Effects. The sentiment is cut out with the small oval punch. I added some light blue pearls to the edge to help dress it up. The scallops were created with decorative scissors. Tammi thank you for sending me this sweet image. It helped keep me busy and gave me a chance to sit down and have some quiet time while I colored.
