A Warm Changito Sketch

Yep, I'm hooked on these Changito images. I just can't stop using him. He looks so festive in his Christmas colors and I love his little shivering legs, LOL. I stamped him on Basic Grey paper, so it has that distressed look to it. He's colored in with Koh-i-noor pencils and OMS. I added Stardust Stickles to the green parts and some white liquid applique on his hat, mitten and boots! I found the Hero Arts poinsettia parts at Archivers awhile back. They are made out of felt so it will mail perfectly! I used sketch challenge 205 for my layout. My card measures 4.25 x 3.75. Happy Stamping!

Stamps: Changito Cocoa (Stampendous), Chicken Scratch (TAC, retired)
Paper: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Basic Grey - Figgy, Riding Hood Red
Ink: Palette Noir & Burnt Umber
Other: Artichoke grosgrain, circle Coluzzle, brown Scrapper's Floss, square Nestabilities, Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, white liquid applique, Stardust Stickles, Hero Arts felt poinsettia and leaves, brad

I was recently nominated for some wonderful blog awards:

These are the rules gals:

Last, but certainly not least is this one from Rachel. Rach inspires me each and every day and she is also a really great friend!

This is what this blog award stands for and the rules for passing it on:
This blog invests and believes the PROXIMITY- nearness in space, time and relationships. These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement . Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to 8 bloggers who may then pass it on. I hope you’ll accept this award from me because of our friendship and the inspiration you all give me.
