Elzy Ambrosia Sketch

My inspiration today came from 3 beautiful cards that Amy R recently posted on her blog. She used this fabulous Basic Grey Ambrosia paper and I fell in love with the color combos. Now I know that is has gray and black on there, but I think that this combo gives it a modern flair. Plus the deep, dark yellow and orangish red just pop and stand out so much. I paper pieced the dress onto my little Elzy, then colored her in with Prisamcolors. The button is attached with black Scrapper's Floss. I poked some holes along the gray strip and added some faux stitching with a Basic Black marker. I used Sketch Challenge 186 for my layout. Can y'all believe that it is already Thursday? Gosh this week has flown by. Thanks for stoppin' by!

Stamps: Elzybells Flower girl & sentiment (A Muse)
Paper: Gray Bazzill, Basic Black, Ambrosia (Basic Grey), white
Other: Rectangle Nestabilities, photo corner punch, button, black Scrapper's Floss, Prismacolors, word window punch, paper piercer, Basic Black marker, black grosgrain
