Boris B-day

Three of my nephews have birthdays coming up soon, so I wanted to make a quick little card for one of them today. I recently just got some A Muse stamps in and I thought Boris would be perfect for a little guy card. Plus he makes me giggle like crazy! The rectangles are cut out and embossed with Nestabilities. Boris is stamped with Palette Noir and then colored in with Koh-i-noor pencils and OMS. The entire image is raised with a dimensional. The little spider jar is covered in Crystal Effects. I found this color combo on Kristina's blog and decided to give it a whirl. I thought it was perfect boy colors too. I ran the top part of the Bashful Blue cardstock through the Cuttlebug using the Tiny Bubbles folder. I don't think is shows up in the photo, but the Pumpkin strip is stamped with the Linen background. Of course I had to use my drippy goo punch again. I think that it was meant for Boris cards!!! My card measures 4 1/4 X 3 1/2. Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: Boris & Ingredients (A Muse), Linen background, sentiment (TAC, retired GWP stamp)
Paper: White, Bashful Blue, Brilliant Blue, Pumpkin Pie
Ink: Palette Noir, Pumpkin Pie
Other: Lg. Rectangle Nestabilities, Tiny Bubbles Cuttlebug folder, Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, Crystal Effects, dimensional, Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch (Michael's), ticket corner punch
