Fishing Riley

It's been awhile since I've used one of my Riley stamps. I just love coloring him! But before we get to that, let me tell y'all about the layout. I found this card by Amy months ago on her blog and loved the layout. I immediately saved it and finally put it to good use today. Now back to Riley. He is stamped on watercolor paper with Palette Noir. I then used my markers and an aquapainter to watercolor him in. Here is a fabulous tutorial!
I sponged the edges of the Kraft and Barely Banana cardstock with Close to Cocoa. Stamped the Flannel Plaid background in Garden Green on Wild Wasabi paper. Then glued on my dew drops and added some ribbon. Speaking of ribbon, I just got that Kraft Taffeta in and I luff it! I'm seriously addicted to taffeta ribbon. It ties easily and lays very smoothly! Happy Friday the 13th.

Stamps: Fishing Riley (Hanna Stamps), Flannel Plaid, Relay it's your day (A Muse)
