How's everyone today? It's a gorgeous Spring day here. The sun is shining bright so I opened all the blinds, put on some music and spent the afternoon working on a swap. I decided to make little Easter treat bags. M&M's came out with not only pastel colors, but some of the candies have little sheep, chick or bunny images on them. Too cute! Good news is I only used 1 bag to make 10 treats so I have a whole 'nother bag just waiting to be munched on. FYI, it's already chillin' in the fridge :) I found the little plastic bags in the party section at Michael's. You get a ton for like 2.99! The purple Bazzill measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/4". Once I stamped my image with Palette Noir, I stamped another image on a post-it note so I could cut it out and use it as a mask. I placed the mask directly over the image and used a sponge dauber inked in Bashful Blue to create the sky. The rest of the image is colored in with SU markers. I went over parts of the egg with Stickles. My sentiment is stamped in VersaMagic Spring Pansy. I did just a little decoration on the back. It's a 1/4" strip of Gentle Beginnings paper layered on top of a piece of scallop Pretty in Pink. To seal the bag, I punch a hole on both sides then stuck my button brads through. Voila!!! I just love how the M&M's match the papers and colors I used. Happy Stamping!!
