Berry thanks & lil' friend
This is the whole reason I wanted the Green Thumb set by Papertrey Ink. I heart strawberries and this is the best berry image I have ever seen!!! I LOVE that the stamps are clear too because then you can perfectly match up the stem. I see many berry cards in my future :) It's hard to see, but I took a 2 way glue pen and ran it along the edge of my berry circle. Then I rolled it in glitter. I thought it would give it a sugar look. Mom I got the New Canvas Palette inkpad and I love it. It's not messy at all and it gives your image a ghosting effect almost. Card measures 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 when folded.
Supplies:
Stamps: Green Thumb (Papertrey Ink)
Paper: Rose Red, Regal Rose, Old Olive, Garden Gree, White, Kraft
Ink: Rose Red, Garden Green, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, New Canvas - Palette
Other: scallop scissors, glitter, 1/4" grosgrain (Wal-mart), circle coluzzle, Scrap-n-the-city Sprinkle brads (Queen & Co.), corner rounder
Look what followed me around the herb garden yesterday. Ross cleared out the overgrowth and while I was walking around looking at everything I noticed I had a little friend following me, and I'm not talkin about Nala. It wasn't scared of me at all. Just kept sitting there twisting its head at me. Too cute. Our yard is covered in dragonflys and damselflys right now.
