My Kind of Guy

Got another Whipper Snapper Valentine to share with y'all today. This adorable image is called My Kind of Guy. He looks like he went all out for a very special date and he just might be a tad nervous. From the handful of samples that I've seen using this sweet little guy, everyone has turned him into a bee, but I decided to be different and turn him into a glow bug :) He's just glowing with excitement over picking up his date! Plus yellow just really didn't go with the colors I wanted to use, LOL. I tried to mimic the blue background paper on the heart by creating a pattern using the Copic blender pen.

LOST was excellent last night. It had sweet tender moments mixed in with action, thrills and many shocking scenes that left you questioning everything all over again. It was the perfect beginning to the final season!!! Hope y'all have a fantastic day!!

Stamps: My Kind of Guy, Sweet Expressions
Paper: Baja Breeze, white, Basic Black, Bo Bunny - Alissa Spunky
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Copics: BG01, 72, R81, 83, 85, E51, YG00 03, 13, 17, W3, 7, C1, blender
Other: Martha Stewart heart punch, Memory Box Baby Pink pearls, Black grosgrain, sheer ribbon

He's perfect as a glow bug, soooo sweet, and I like that he's a little shy, lol, how adorable! FAB coloring and card Kim!

What a sweet card. Love the heart punched border and the row of pearls. Of course, a card from you just wouldn't be the same without some gorgeous coloring and delicate paper piecing! Fab job!
