Lily the Fairy Contest

How adorable is she!!!! Melissa over on the Pink Cat Studio blog is hosting this Lily the Fairy Contest. All you have to do is download the image, print it out and use it on a card. I started by cutting out Lily with square Nestabilities. She is colored in with Koh-i-noor pencils and OMS. I went over all the pink parts with Bubble Gum Shimmerz because every fairy should sparkle :) I also added a Dew Drop to the center of the flower. The paper is Sprout by Memory Box. OMGosh so perfect for a fairy card. I love the little flowers and swirls on the dark green piece. I added a little faux stitching with a paper piercer and a white get pen. The sentiment come from a retired gift with purchase stamp from TAC. I also followed this sketch that I found over on Jen's blog. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Stamps: Lily the Fairy (Pink Cat Studio, download), retired GWP sentiment from TAC
Paper: Memory Box - Sprout, TAC white, Basic Black
Ink: Palette Noir
Other: square Nestabilities, mat pack, paper piercer, white gel pen, Koh-i-noor pencils, OMS, Bubble Gum Shimmerz, Dew Drop, Lavender Moon Twill (Papertrey Ink)

OMGosh Kim this is such a lovely card! I love the pink and green palette. Lily's dress looks so pretty in green. She looks like a little garden fairy in those colours, so perfect!! Thanks for playing in my contest!!
