7 Facts Tag

My friend Tammi tagged all of the Losties so I thought it would be fun to play along.

Here are the rules:
1. Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

1. I have a scar that runs on the bridge of my nose. When I was 3, I was at our neighbors playing with their new puppies (boxers). Let's just say the mama dog didn't like me picking up her babies. She broke the chain, knocked me over and bit my nose. I still remember watching the Dr. stitch me up. I use to be really self conscious about it growing up because everyone would always ask what happened to my nose, but it doesn't bother me anymore. And I do like dogs! I just freeze up if they jump on me.

2. I love fresh fruit. My favorites are oranges, pineapple, plums, pomegranates, nectarines, strawberries, grapes, the list could go on and on. We always have a good variety in the fridge each week. I always have fruit with my lunch and dinner. In fact we just had a pomegranate tonight.

3. Like Tammi, I am always listening to music. I like a wide variety of stuff and I too often hear something in a T.V. show or movie and immediately have to look it up. I always do this with Dancing with the Stars, Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. I'm always humming too. Songs get stuck in my head so often. This week it's All American Girl by Carrie Underwood. Last week it was The Garden by Mirah.

4. I can't drink milkshakes through a straw. I had a graft done on the front of my gums in 1998 and they took tissue from the roof of my mouth for the surgery. The only time I can feel the scar is when I drink a milkshake. Freaks me out, so I always use a spoon.

5. I LOVE pillows. I have 4 different types that are all sorts of sizes that I sleep with. A body pillow, a king size pillow, a gel pillow and a bamboo pillow Thankfully, Ross is the same way and he also has 4 pillows. Leaving Nala, who now has her own pillow at the foot of the bed- a down pillow. Thank goodness we have a king size bed :)

6. I don't make a noise when I sneeze. I think Ross is the only one that actually knows I'm sneezing. He gets funny looks when he says bless you and no one actually heard anything. I don't know how to explain it, but I look like I'm going to sneeze really big and then I squint my eyes and do a little head nod and that's it. We can always tell when I have a cold or allergies because that the only time I sneeze out loud.

7. My favorite Blizzard flavor from Dairy Queen is Oreo. Even though I don't like plain Oreo cookies. Something about them mixed with soft serve ice cream makes them fantastic though. I also love Oreo milkshakes, but remember I need a spoon with that :)

If you would like to play along, feel free to link my blog. I would love to read some facts about you!!!

So interesting! I could live off fruit, yum! I haven't had a pomegranate in forever! Funny you mention pillows, just last night I was looking online to see if I could find my favorite sleeping one by Martha Stewart, but dang she doesn't make them anymore! I've never heard of a bamboo pillow! And lol on Nala having her own, that's so cute! Intersting on the sneezing! You don't like plain oreo's!! I wish I had that problem! :) TFS

Hi Kim, I'm sorry the dog bit your nose. . .that must have been horrible. I had a wild crazy dog chase me around in a circle when I was young. . .he kept trying to bite me but I was too quick for him. Finally someone called the dog and was saved. ARgggh, I still remember the horrifying experience.

It's obvious when I sneeze because I'll sneeze 5 or more times in a row. My husband thinks it's weird that I sneeze so much.

Wow, 4 pillows. . .I have only two and my husband has two and we are always trying to push one another's pillow to make room. LOL! It's the battle of the bed pillows in our bed.
