Tractor Riley

Howdy and happy Friday!!! Thought I would use another new Riley image today. I just had to get this one. I mean I'm from Texas. Seeing tractors and farmers are a norm around here so I know I will get a ton of use out of this stamp. I also used Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge for my layout! Worked perfectly for what I had in mind. My Riley is stamped on watercolor paper with Palette Noir. I then colored him in with SU markers and an Niji waterbrush. I'm so happy with how my shadowing came out on the wheels. I added some Stickles to the smoke and a little Queen & Co. brad in the corner to finish it off. The entire image is raised with a dimensional. I took the Flannel Plaid background, inked it in Summer Sun and stamped it on Barely Banana. OMGoodness, I LOVE those colors together!!! I new that I wanted to use this little A Muse Wheat stamp with my new Riley. So I inked it in Garden Green and randomly stamped it on Certainly Celery. Doesn't it look like he is plowing in the field? I used the slot punch on the top and bottom of the Celery and ran some Chocolate Taffeta through it. Oh before I go, I wanted to share a recipe with y'all. I made Creamy Pasta Primavera last night for dinner. YUM and it was so easy to put together. The red pepper and asparagus really gave it a nice flavor. I also used whole wheat penne! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!

And I had to giggle, I did have to keep "petting" my card yesterday with the fun flock. LOL!
