Cozy Happy Bday

Did y'all see that Kristi released a bunch more Riley images on Hanna Stamps the other day? They are all so darn cute. I can't wait for my order to get here. Bev issued this sketch challenge over on SCS in the Hanna Stamps forum. Such a great layout for those square cards that I love to make. My Riley is stamped on watercolor paper. I colored him with SU markers and a Niji waterbrush. The coffeecup is cut out and raised with a dimensional. See his horns and how they stick out from the circle? It was easy to do. I just put my circle Coluzzle over the image and used my blade to cut right up to his horns and in between. Then I just took my scissors and cut around the horns. Cute huh? The whole scallop image is raised with a dimensional as well. To mimic the polka dots on the chair, I ran the Mellow Moss piece through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots folder. I think it turned out to be a great guy card! Thanks for the inspiration Bev!!! Hope everyone has a lovely Easter weekend. If you are traveling, have a safe trip. I'm off to bake a carrot cake.
