Gerbera Daisy

This is one of the very first TAC stamps that I fell in love with. Daisies are my favorite flowers, especially Gerbera Daisies. We have several potted on the back porch and I get so excited every time they bloom! I got inspiration from 2 places today. I used this week's color challenge and this sketch by Maria. I had a tough time trying to get the Apricot to work with this combo so I just tried to use it as an accent color. My daisy is stamped on watercolor paper. I then used a Niji waterbrush and my SU markers to color it in. The middle is covered in Stickles and is finished with a tiny brad. I hope everyone is having a great day. I miss the sunshine, it is so gloomy today.

Stamps: Gerbera Daisy (TAC), Swirly Gigs (TAC), Crackle (TAC, retired), Tag Tidbits (TAC)
Paper: Rose Red, Sage Shadow, Apricot Appeal, watercolor, black
Ink: Palette Noir (TAC), Sage Shadow, Rose Red
Other: Apricot grosgrain, Stardust Stickles, brad, dimensional, circle Coluzzle, scallop scissors, Niji waterbrush (TAC)
Markers used: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Apricot Appeal, Pumpkin Pie, Sage Shadow, Always Artichoke
