Woof Woof!!!! I did this card for SweetMissDaisy's Dirty Dozen challenge. Got this cute puppy image from the Wish-RAK group on SCS the other day.

other: crystal effects on the nose, Sakura Stardust pen on the dog tag, scallop scissors, hole punch, ribbon from my local scrapbook store.
