Bunny Finger Puppets
Easter is just around the corner and I couldn't be more excited to celebrate with Charlotte. It will be the first time that we will hide and hunt eggs with her. I think she is going to love it! I have been slowly collecting a few goodies to put in her Easter basket for the past few weeks. I was really excited when I stumbled across this tutorial for felt bunny finger puppets. With my current obsession for all things felt, I knew I wanted to make a couple for Charlotte. The link includes a pattern and the directions were super easy to follow. I have seen several examples from people on Pinterest who have used patterned felt too. I just used what I had and it took about 45 minutes to complete both of them. The whiskers took me the longest simply because I'm challenged when it comes to tying knots, lol. When I finally finished the ones on the gray bunny, I showed Charlotte who immediately started pulling on the dainty whiskers so I opted to leave them off of the tan bunny for now. I think they are really cute and a great start to our finger puppet collection. Since these are so easy to put together, you still have plenty of time to make them before Easter! Nothing beats a homemade gift.
